Nexus Radio Scanner

The Nexus Grid-Wide Radio system is a communication system that allows for departments and groups to communication without using group Instant Messaging or other forms of Second Life generic messaging that may be to slow.
This Scanner will allow for News Crews, Fire Stations, and Taxi Services to listen on radio networks. However, they are unable to send messages.
