Getting Started

Before we get started on using the taser, i would like to thank you on choosing us! If you have any questions please ask in our group. If your questions are not answered, please file a ticket here on our Support Site.

Using the HUD

The HUD is the most important part of your EX27 Taser. Without your HUD, you will not be able to control an extreme amount of the features.
What do all the buttons do?
  • Show/Hide will show and hide the HUD when clicked making a smaller or larger version.
  • Draw will take the taser out of it's holster and into your hands. When the button is green, then it's in your hand. Red is in the holster.
  • Stance will place your hand on the taser when the taser is not drawn.
  • Cartridge will remove the cartridge from the taser. Green means the cartridge is in the taser. Red means it's not in the taser. Yellow means it needs to be reloaded.
  • Settings. This button allows you to changes all the settings in the gun.
  • Customize allows you to access the light and laser.

Settings

The settings can be accessed on the HUD.
This will allow you to change other features that are non-aesthetic.
If you happen to forget what each button does, simply click it and look at the text on the dialog.
  • Cross Draw Cross Drawing will place the grip of the gun outwards making the user have to reach across their chest to grab the taser.
  • Freeze If this is enabled, it will prevent the user from moving or jumping when they have been tased and are on the ground. This feature only works if they allow the permissions.
  • Drop Cartridge When you are reloading your Taser after firing, you are required to reload. When you reload, a cartridge is dropped on the ground if this is enabled.
  • Auto Reload After firing the taser, your Cartridge button on your HUD will go yellow. If this feature is enabled, when the yellow button is clicked, then the cartridge will be placed into the taser. If the feature is disabled, the cartridge will only be removed.

Using the Taser

The best part! The EX27 Taser. The best Taser you can find on the grid.
Works perfect to knock someone out and blow up their pacemakers.

How to Tase someone

There are two ways to tase someone. The first is very simple; place a cartridge in the taser, aim at the 'thief' and pull the trigger.
That will send the two barbs at them and hopefully knocking them to the ground.
The second approach to tasing someone is by removing the cartridge and 'stabbing' with the taser. This will also knock them to the ground.

Using Gestures

Using the Gestures supplied in your Taser will help you to draw your weapons quickly while setting hotkeys.
These make for quick use of the taser without having a need for a HUD.

Using Chat Commands

Just like the Gestures, everything works off Chat Commands.
When you use a gesture, the gesture will send a message on channel '3'.
One example, You would like to draw the weapon. You type "/3 draw". The gesture would replicate that simply.
Chat Command List
These are a list of chat commands that the taser uses.
All these commands work on Channel 3.
  • Draw This will draw the taser.
  • Sling This will place the taser back in the holster.
  • Stance This will make you hold the taser if it is holstered.
  • Reload This will reload the taser if the cartridge has been fired.
  • Cartridge This will remove / place the cartridge.
