Have you found a bug?

We try to deal with the bugs as fast as we can.
Please do not send a note-card, or IM. If the bug does not get into our database, then we can not keep track of it. It will make the debugging process a lot easier on our feet.
If you feel that you have found a bug, please take the steps below to properly report it.

How to report the bug properly!

We like to make sure that bugs are destroyed properly and we don't have to revisit the bugs.
  1. Try to reproduce the bug, that way we know it's a bug.
  2. Write down all the steps you did to find that bug.
  3. Take a picture or video (if needed).
  4. File a bug report at our bug tracker.
  5. Wait for a response from one of our support members with a comment on the issue.
  6. Pat yourself on the back, you just helped us find a bug!
