Have you found a bug?
- We try to deal with the bugs as fast as we can.
- Please do not send a note-card, or IM. If the bug does not get into our database, then we can not keep track of it. It will make the debugging process a lot easier on our feet.
- If you feel that you have found a bug, please take the steps below to properly report it.
How to report the bug properly!
- We like to make sure that bugs are destroyed properly and we don't have to revisit the bugs.
- Try to reproduce the bug, that way we know it's a bug.
- Write down all the steps you did to find that bug.
- Take a picture or video (if needed).
- File a bug report at our bug tracker.
- If you would like to be contacted about the bug check the box to allow us to contact you.
- Pat yourself on the back, you just helped us find a bug!
